About My Approach

As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from multiple therapeutic techniques to create a personalized approach for each client. My practice incorporates three key approaches:

  • Person-Centred Approach Therapy: A supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. This approach emphasizes self-growth and personal empowerment.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helps you identify and change negative thinking patterns and behaviours, especially useful for managing anxiety, depression, and stress.

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): A structured approach designed to help manage intense emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. It’s particularly effective for those struggling with emotional dysregulation, self-harm, or borderline personality disorder.​
